Cottage Amenities

The cottage consists of:

• Two double bedrooms, one with a small ensuite;
• Fully fitted kitchen with gas stove, microwave and dishwasher;
• Two sitting rooms - one with a wood-burning fireplace and sofa bed , and one with a library and oil-fired stove. There is an excellent range of books and children's books available to enjoy.
• Utility room with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, and shower room;
• Comfortable conservatory with dining table, sitting area, and oil burning stove.
  

Guests have full use of:

• An indoor heated swimming pool and shower room (not available in the winter, sorry);
• Two ponds with seating areas;
• Entertainment deck with large barbeque and eating area;
• Dog Kennels;
• Walking and mountain biking trails in the adjacent Brechfa Forest;
• Dog agility equipment including jumps, tyre jump, tunnels, competition and training weaves, walkovers, A-frames, see-saw & pause table; and
• 70 acres of sheep herding training facilities with terrain ranging from fairly flat fields to more challenging hilly areas.
